Global Reach & Shipping Restrictions

At Olyn, our goal is to bring our products to a global audience. We are proud to deliver to customers in over 200 countries and regions across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

Currently, we are unable to ship to the following destinations: Aland Island, Ascension, Azores, Balearic Islands, Bouvet Island, Caroline Islands, China Mainland, Eritrea, Northern Mariana Islands, Somalia, Somaliland, Spanish Territories of North Africa, Yemen, Yugoslavia, and Zaire.

Your Order Journey We believe in keeping your order process completely transparent. Here is what you can expect:

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an immediate email confirming we have received your purchase.

  2. Payment Confirmation: A follow-up email will notify you once your transaction has been successfully processed.

  3. Shipment & Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a final email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Timelines

Your total delivery time is calculated in two parts:

  • Processing Time (3–8 Business Days):

  • Once your order is placed, our team conducts a thorough quality check, prepares your items, and securely packages them for shipment.

  • Transit Time:

  • This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package. Estimated transit times vary based on your selected shipping method (detailed below) and will be provided at checkout. Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, local regulations, carrier schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs & Promotional Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, chosen shipping method, and the total weight of your items. We currently offer the following flat-rate shipping tiers:

  • Orders of $49.00 or more: FREE Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $49.00: $5.99 Standard Shipping

  • UPS Overnight Shipping: $9.99

To best serve our international customer base, Olyn partners with leading global carriers to offer reliable delivery options. The most suitable methods for your order will be displayed at checkout based on your address and item eligibility:

  • Our most economical option, suitable for most orders. Delivered via reliable regional and local postal networks, packages typically arrive within 15–20 business days after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes

If you are ordering internationally, your local customs authorities may assess import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), or brokerage fees upon the package's arrival.

  • Customer Responsibility:

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or the shipping costs paid to Olyn.

  • Accurate Declarations:

  • We are legally required to declare the accurate value of all shipments. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or artificially lower the declared value. Please contact your local customs office for specific information regarding fees applicable to your country.

  • While we primarily use recognized global and local carriers, we may utilize alternative services in specific cases (such as for restricted items or remote locations) to ensure safe delivery. This may occasionally affect estimated timelines.
