Refund policy

Return Window & Eligibility We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Initiate a Return To start the return process, please email us at suzannetorres5367@outlook.com. Once your return request is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label, detailed instructions, and the mailing address ([INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]). Please note: Items mailed back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the situation and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items For health, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please reach out to us.

Exchanges For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item using the process above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new, separate order for the replacement item.

Special Notice for EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are legally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. All standard item condition requirements (unworn, original packaging, proof of purchase) still apply.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the funds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at suzannetorres5367@outlook.com.
